Responsibilities

·     了解賣方的生意資料及優點及缺點, 包括資產, 詳細的營業數據等資料

·     把有關資料有系統, 詳細, 容易閱讀私方式以文字方式展示在我司的網頁上

·     能吸引地表達這些生意資料給準買家

·     具有良好的解答給準買家的疑問

·     有需要時, 要做公開演講把有關資料表達給有興趣的準買家了解

·     需要有耐性地、有效率地跟進準買家及賣家

·     需要有優良的促成交易技巧

·     有時候需要在假日或非一般的工作時間工作

Job Requirements

·         with execution is a must 必須有良好的執行力 

·         with excellent sales experience 具備優秀良好的銷售能力

·         with good presentation skill 具備良好的表達能力

·         patient in following clients 跟進客戶需要有耐性

·         with good time management 有良好的時間管理 

·         with good customer follow-up experience 具備良好的客戶跟進經驗

·         with excellent experience in basic computer operation 精通於基本的電腦操作

·         with public speech is an advantage 具有演講經驗的會優先考慮

·         with accounting or finance knowledge is an advantage 具有會計知識的會優先考慮

·         interest in doing business is an advantage 對做生意有興趣的會優先考慮

·         enjoy sales activities is preferred 喜歡銷售工作優先考慮
